After what appeared to be the two coming to a mutual agreement, the case was reignited after Billy uninvited Mr. Cumia from the 4th annual Patrice Benefit.

As the story goes, Billy said that Cumia's presence would not be welcomed by other comics who deemed some of the language used by him as "inappropriate". The invitation being revoked also comes weeks after Mr. Cumia faces domestic violence charges.

Mr. Cumia has speculated that the invitation being revoked may have been a result of his former partner and overweight co-host Gregg "Opie" Hugghes refusing to attend the Benefit if Cumia was to attend. But who are we kidding, we all know what this is about.
