Patrice plead out and went to jail for rape. He claims he didn't do it and just took the deal to get it over with. Whenever Patrice told the story everyone agreed with him that he was innocent. So I'm wondering why Ant is automatically guilty for knocking Dani around and doesn't get the benefit of the doubt. Burr just doesn't want him there because of that. Nothing to do with race.

It was statutory rape that Patrice went to jail for. He had consensual sex with a 15 year old girl when he was 16.

Says Patrice, and I believed him. I think the guy's point is that we only have Patrice's version of that story and yet believed him, where Ant is called guilty automatically by many.

Patrice's story also happened a long time ago. Transgressions are more easily forgiven if they happened in the past.

Patrice wasn't ratted out on periscope, him telling the story is the only reason anybody knew about it. That gives credibility Ant doesn't have, what else would he be saying?
Though personally I think dani golightly is a crazy vapid whore and don't believe her to be credible either. But her dad is an old friend to many comics and a comedy club owner, if this was a trashy random no one would care much.

I'd say Rachel and the blacks probably have a problem with him and Bill's wife probably doesn't want to be around the man. Doubt Bill cares that much but with the "racist" tweets, the year or so of no talking, and now this he probably doesn't view it as worth it. I can't really blame him.
