That's when it becomes statutory.A person who is between the age of 16 and 18 can consent to a relationship with a person over 18. This isn't a pedofile act. A person under 16 who engages in a relation is not a liberty to consent to the relatonship and this called statutory rape but if there was no relationship and the person over 18 did sexual things to the child by manipulation and has a fixation on young children are pedofiles. To our knowledge he has not done anything sexual to a women under the age of 17. Young children have not yet entered puberty yet, that's what is pedofile behavior. He has never done that. There is a difference.
I get why u are upset by this, but as gross and disgusting the thought of him flirting with a teenage girl till she turns legal isn't pedophillia.
