I think he calls in and talks shit about Jim under the guise of a character, but it is later revealed to be a clever ruse. i cant find the clip.

Louie didn't do that,he thought Jim knew it was him the whole time. He was talking normally and was weirded out when Jim was acting like a dick to him. If anything I think erock was playing a joke on Jim by not telling him beforehand.
