Even with a speeding ticket you should reply not guilty by mail. Unless it's totally not going to affect you or it's in some out of town court and not worth your time. I met with the ADA in a little room right before i went in front of the judge "Ok, we'll reduce it to speeding 10 mph over the limit if you plead guilty right now". Ok, deal. On another occasion i was 20 over the limit, i got it reduced to a "Failure to obey traffic sign or device" no points, no insurance hike. They really don't want to waste their time on minor shit, so always plead not guilty and see what they offer.

I know this is completely speculation but the very fact that Ant hasnt tweeted a single thing since before the incident makes me believe 100% he's innocent. I believe if he actually did the things he was charged of he'd be on Twitter trying to sway people's beliefs. I do know you can flip this argument to say exactly the opposite but for some reason I just believe that on Jan. 4th there will be a statement released saying Ant was exonerated of all charges and maybe even a counter lawsuit will be announced for defamation. Just a gut feeling and again I openly admit its all speculation.
