You're right, but that's a little misleading. Sweden has a much broader definition of rape than most other countries, and we don't have information for a lot of areas where rape is almost certainly more prevalent.

The DRC has been an active war zone for nearly two decades now. An active war zone between guerrilla armies who don't follow the Geneva convention. Rape is almost certainly more common, but nobody's performing a census.
