If convicted, how will Ant cope in prison?

I'm pretty sure he'll pay Dani a nice chuck o' change for her to drop all charges but... If he actually gets convicted how do you think he'll handle prison life?
Word would spread throughout any prison he gets sent to about his racism and his skin is much too dark to get any Aryan brotherhood protection.
I imagine Ant realizes this and will pretty much pay Dani GoCrazy anything to avoid jail, so I'm calling it, No jail for Ant but BIG payday for Dani.

Actually, I know the state takes up the charges and she can't drop them herself. That doesn't mean she can't recant. If the payday is big enough she can just say she doesn't remember the night. No testimony = no conviction. Sorry my question bugged you Mr. Technical, or is there an Esquire at the end of Mr. Technical?

Lol, just used jail as a general term. A felony won't just get him placed in county. Depending on how much time he'd get he can go to Rikers which isn't technically a prison but still not someplace he wants to spend a year in. Rikers is oddly enough considered one of the 10 worst prisons even though there is no long term housing.
Regardless... Even the thought of Rikers will make Ant pay out a shit ton of cash to remain a free man.

I think if there's one thing we know for certain: he will certainly leave prison with more enlightened views on race, right?
