From my perspective, I hear a clearly agitated Anthony telling Dani to get away from him and to stop touching him. I also hear a struggle - as if Anthony is being touched in a way that he doesn't like. That can be used as a major pro for Anthony.
Let's not dwell on the fact that Anthony dropped an N-bomb or two. This case has nothing to do with race and it would be nearly impossible for the DA to tie his use of that word to the facts of this case.
A juror or three may be "offended" by his use of the word - but a good attorney will ask the judge to direct the jury to disregard the racial slurs, as they have no probative value to the issues.
