Well if Ant was hit by Dani and was defending himself he wouldn't be hit with Strangulation and false imprisonment charges. I'm curious about what she could be arrested for while Anthony gets those charges. It seems like it'd have to be something unrelated to the actual domestic violence shit. She could even have shot Anthony and it would be OK if he was holding her against her will and being abusive. The charges they hit Ant with seem pretty severe if it is a case where he and Dani both get arrested.
The second periscope video with the cops apparently had her saying that nothing happened. However, domestic violence laws prevent princesses from recanting their lies when the cops show up, which is good in the long run because it protects actual battered women.
