Secondly, my version of events is based on the evidence (the video.) The imaginary events you mention are Anthony being in jail because he hasn't tweeted. That's pure fantasy and based on absolutely meaningless data.

Anthonys arrest would potentially lead to an investigation of that entire corrupt department. Repeatedly showing up to noise complaints at his home where underage girls were drinking and smoking weed.
I'm not saying it didn't happen, but you can't prove it without evidence.
It's way too late to prove it this far after the fact.
Those types of offenses need to be dealt with on the scene, not days/weeks/months after the fact. If a cop doesn't witness it and issue citations, it's as if it never happened.
