In my experience it usually takes a couple days for arrests to show up in the paper or mugshots to appear on apps like Mobile-patrol or whatever, especially if it happens on friday night. For example monday morning will have a list of like 15-20 DWI arrests from the weekend in the paper. So it's still a possibility
He's actually handling this perfectly of he's not locked up. Walk away, let everyone (hopefully) move on to something else like people (except this reddit) do. It's not the people of this reddit he's worried about- it's the possibility of him getting angered and lashing out at some white Knight faggot on twitter who creeps on Danis periscope daily and them going to the few blogs. Perhaps he's learned something since being fired. Need a strategy.
I've searched a couple times today on the New York Courts website and the LI news sites. Didn't see anything about a Cumia being arrested so I'm pretty sure he's not in jail.
