I've been meaning to bring this up here. What an annoying and useless thing to do on the radio. It's always after someone makes kind of a boring point, like "I haven't voted in years, I don't like politics." Dumb dumb will start clapping. It's because he has nothing of value to say, so he just makes noises. It's almost better that he isn't self aware, because he will only continue to crash and burn slowly. He thinks he is doing a great job.
