Opie said he couldn't talk about the horrible things Ant did- anything else thing he might be planning legal action?

Opie has twice shown to be a litigious cunt, even when he doesn't have a case. First with Steppin' Out Magazine, Chauncy, and the New York Post- which he lost, and recently with Ben, who he successfully filed a criminal complaint against. The timing of the restraining order against Ben with Ant learning "new shit" about Ant seems suspicious to me. I think Opie might have been convinced Ant did something to him that warrants an actual lawsuit or something.
What do you guys think? I'm pretty sure Opie & Anthony had a corporation set up together when they were both signed- the corporation acted as the legal entity that was being paid by Sirius-XM. Jimmy had a seperate corporation set up for his own paychecks. Do you think Opie thinks there was some suspicious money stuff going on?

Sir, I doubt it would be a criminal case rather than a civil one.

It would be fucking awesome. Could you imagine the fun Anthony's lawyers would have at a deposition?

"Do you have any recollection of ever buying crack cocaine with a credit caaaah?"

YES! I'm sure some part of that feeble mind of his is suspicious as to why he's paid such a huge sum.

He already unsuccessfully tried to sue the NY Post and Chaunce. Might as well add Anthony to the list.

Yes, that's what I just said, I just fucking said that.

Anybody remember when Sandy Kane sued O&A, they were talking about having to go down to the courtroom later that week and Ant proposed they show up in neckbraces to gain sympathy. He can use that Mr. Brady defense if Opie ever comes to legal blows.

I don't think Opie is preparing to sue Anthony.
First off, they are both public figures. They are open to a metric ton more of criticism than regular, private people.
As for the money issue - O&A probably got paid monthly. So, for simplicity's sake, let's say SXM paid the corporation $1million per month.
Typically, one partner issues the pay. Let's say that partner is Anthony. Since O&A split the pay evenly, it would be difficult to defraud Opie. It would literally mean Anthony shorting Opie's monthly pay - which would be noticed immediately. Anything short of $500k would raise all sorts of red flags.
Knowing how much of a control freak Opie is, Anthony was probably not the managing partner. So, Opie was probably issuing the checks/controlling the money. Or, they had an impartial manager that did that for them.
