How would Patrice have reacted to the line "I really needed you that day I was crying on the air."

I think a big part of the problem is that Patrice isn't alive today to brutally shame these dummies into keeping the "bitch shit" to a minimum.

NIGGAH WHAAAT? YOU JUST SAID... "I NEEEDED YOU"... TO ANOTHER MAN??" NIGGAH WHAAT THE FUUCK - ARE YOU FUCKIN' SERIOUS RIGHT NOW?

We're GUYS you fuckin' piece of shit, BUT WHEN YOU SAY THAT... IT'S BITCH SHIT. IT'S FUCKIN' WOMEN TALK. MEN DON'T SAY THAT TO EACH OTHER MAFUCKAH WHERE THE FUUCK DID THIS COME FROM?

How codependent are you, Opie? This is FUCKIN'.... UNBELIEVABLE.

AND FUCKING SKINNY MARGARET CHO SET THIS OFF? ARE YOU FUCKIN' SERIOUS? Nobody has EVER given anything that squeaky voiced hack said any attention unless they were pretending to be interested SO THEY COULD FUCK HER!!!! SO UNLESS YOU'RE GETTING THAT TIGHT KOREAN-AMERICAN PUSSY CONSISTENTLY, WHYYY THE FUUCK... WOULD YOU CARE? YOU'RE FUCKING GANGSTERS! You're made-fucking-guys! She's not fucking Billy Batts, mafuckah, SHE'S AN OPEN MICER THAT GOT A "ETHNIC FEMALE" PASS FROM THE BUSINESS. How much credibility can Esther Ku have with you?!?!

Theyve done it. They finally uploaded someones spirit to the internet.

I miss Patrice.

Can you just randomly post here as the ghost of Patrice?

That'd be creepy if I overdid it. I can imitate his incredulity easily enough, but not his insight.

Is that you, Patrice??

I don't see Patrice using the word co-dependent.

Patrice would often slip an SAT word into his rants, like "avarice," "sophistry" or "identifiability."

I'd love to know the context for "sophistry."

On Marc Maron's podcast, Patrice is expounding on his theories on women, and he goes "maybe this is sophistry!"

Also this:

Maybe he thought Anthony was being a sophist when he argued that black people should thank white people for slavery because they got to come over to the US?

Can we stop trying to turn Patrice into the Magical Negro that would have saved the show?

Weird, just this morning I was listening to a RnF show from 2007 discussing Magical Negroes in film.

He wouldn't have saved the show, but he was definitely the enforcer in this social circle. It's no coincidence that the amount of "bitch shit" going on exploded after his death. This includes all of the recently buried Anthony/DeRosa/Burr nonsense.

With Patrice alive, I really doubt Joe DeRosa would've felt comfortable enough to cry on the world's biggest podcast about his relationship with another man. I also doubt that Anthony's decision to avoid an awkward conversation with Bill Burr for fourteen months would've passed without comment.

you on Patrices ghost dick

If Patrice was still alive the fight never would have happened, because Ant wouldn't have gotten fired, because

  1. Having a black frequent co-host who would have had Anthony's back would have made media reception of the racist tweets more gentle.

  2. Ant probably wouldn't have had that twitter tirade to begin with because all his racial steam would get blown off on frequent on-air arguments with Patrice.

But Patrice wasn't the mighty magical Wonder Negro, even he had to walk on Greggshells and not take jabs at Opie.

The racial tirade happened right after the incident happened and they were on vacation. Nothing would have been resolved on air.

I don't mean he would have had that specific tirade on the air, I mean Ant's like a pressure vessel of racism. He needs to gradually release the racism to keep from exploding like in the old on-air race arguments. That day on twitter he exploded because he had no one to be his pressure release valve anymore.

I don't think he's had much of a reaction to the show in years.

I would love to have seen Patrice's reaction to Derosa saying "What will my black friends think?".

Eh. Patrice treated Opie like a quarterback with a red jersey on.

As soon as Oqie finished saying the word "air" of that sentence, insert Patrice's laugh from the Bobo Up/Down Game
