Opie is seething: Jimmy is getting a paycheck for being on Opie Radio. The $$ allows Jimmy to go on TACS for free. We all know Jim and Ant is a ratings draw and Ant/Gavin have been railing against Opie. Hence, Opie has been subsidizing the Opie hate.

Jimmy goes on plenty of shows for plugs. It's the same way comics come on the show.
