Nobody would of stopped Ant from getting fired, it happened so quickly there was no time for anyone to discuss anything. Patrice would still come into Opie and Jim but after a few times of going in he'd drastically reduce the amount of times he showed up (just like other guests.)
And I think Patrice would of had to have a serious argument with Anthony about the whole thing but they would of ended up making each other laugh and would be fine.
