Opie just leeches onto people. His supposed "friends" are just the people like comics, staff, in-laws that tolerated him for work and what he could do for them. Opie is an insufferable cunt that doesn't even spend time with his wife (that's why they constantly go to Philly so she can escape him and the use family as a buffer). Opie is never outside of work with anyone who is not an employee or opportunist.
