He's college educated in radio only. Thats a big part of his problem. He has no real world experience. Ant and Jimmy have had real jobs, so they understand how easy and amazing it is to have a radio show. That's why he was the one always bitching about management, what they don't get, etc. He doesn't realize how lucky he is, cause radio is all he knows....... and he's bad at it.
