I still say the Jim Norton Mental Illness Rant was centered around Opie and Opie was so stupid he thought it was about someone else and laughed the entire time.

A classic one we probably all have heard once or twice. But it brought back memories of me driving to some fucking dump in Maryland for work and hearing this for the first time and literally yelling in my car, "What the fuck?" The bombs this douche drops are so bad they literally get no reaction. And at least two of the bombs, he actually starts muttering to himself what the joke means before trailing off.
Oh, and Leo sarcastically calls Opie a hack and he gets so upset you only hear him making exasperated breaths I only hear from my angry girlfriends or sniffing. Fuck, he sucks.

I always hated this about him. It was almost as if he was passive aggressively blaming other people for him not being funny.
Actually I take that back. He didn't care about being funny, he just wanted a laugh, funny or not.
