No it doesn't. It forces you to go about 3-5 minutes before the end because the timeline is so long it makes it inaccurate, or at least really difficult to be accurate within 2 minutes.

Does your phone allow you to skip ahead and backwards by increments? Because Youtube doesn't allow you to do that on pc's. Or if it does, it doesn't make it intuitive.
