Does he still do this? I'm listening back in 2006 and he says it all the time. IT MEANS NOTHING AND IT WAS NEVER FUNNY. He also used to do this thing where he'd yell for no reason, it wouldn't get a laugh, and Jim would go "Ohh, the devil!"
I think he just blurted it out once while talking shit about Mancow or somone and it got about 35% of a laugh purely because it was so bizarre. Had Opester never said it again it would actually have been one of his finest show moments.
