Has Opie ever called in?

I'm listening to nopie shows. When ant is out he'll call in, or into the after show or ron and fez. Did Opie ever do that?

He calls it in everyday, sir.

/thread.

Nothing left to see here, folks.

Phones it in

Tss maybe he texts it in or somethin

Exactly, that's the implication you dolt.

Whatever, I have titties so I win

Pics or GTFO

No, he never called, and rarely made appearances outside of his scheduled work time. He thinks people will find him mysterious, but we all know he just has nothing to say.

He is a "broadcaster" who is incapable of communicating. He will only make appearances on shows where he can discuss his career in broadcasting and drudge up the same old stories (Joe Rogan podcast). Any conversation requiring off the cuff banter, he is fucked.

Opie would never call in because it doesn't allow him to be in control. And you know they would hang up on him for the laugh like he has done to so many in the past.

Exactly. No staff to boss around in case his nerves start getting jangly because he's losing confidence.

EROCK sniff YOU FOCKINNNN IDIOT WHAT ARE YOU DOING uhh getting you coffee like you asked GOD WHY DIDN'T YOU DO THAT BEFORE THE SHOWWWW

Nope but he has been called out many times.

Leave it alone.

He has called in many times. Nobody was ever willing to take those calls.

I was thinking this just yesterday. The Opester would be a disaster trying to chime in remotely.

It's funny how brilliant Ant could be on the phone on those days he was stuck in traffic making his way into the city... but if that was Opie, it would be just as entertaining NOT putting his call on the air

he was busy making viral videos

During that era, I think he called into Sam's after show. But I don't have dates and I don't remember it ever being noteworthy.

This is correct. He would call in to the "Shit Show" (appropriate). Usually would end up putting Jimmy on the phone when he ran out of "material".

he's above it...it being the show
