Does anyone else think the XM app is complete dogshit?

I have used the "new and improved" app since it came out and it is horrible, border line unusable. Anyone else experiencing the constant crashing, delayed response and why you can move through some shows (O&J) but not others (Bennington, Bonfire)?

Everybody fucking hates it, but for some reason management likes the direction of the new app.

Just use YouTube, fuck SXM

Great solution, faggot. I want youtube running in my pocket while I'm at the gym. Oh and I only want to listen to O&J

YouTube used to have the option to play the video while your phone was locked, they are retarded for taking that away.

it's a feature in their new YouTube Red subscription thing, which is kinda smart if you ask me

I think that XM is dogshit in general.

Yes, same here. They managed to make it even worse than before, and it still has a massive 5-6 minute lag behind the live broadcast - which really sucks for talk radio.
I don't experience constant crashing, but it usually will hang up if I leave it paused for a long time. I cuss, kill the app, then restart it and it usually finds the same spot.
I think not being able to fast-forward on Bennington and Bonfire has to do with contractual shit with Raw Dog. I don't think you can fast-forward any shows from that channel.

Has there ever been a good version of this shit app?

It works well if your listening to it live but as soon as you rewind, pause, or forwards it gets fucked. If I leave it on pause for too long I'll be listening to uncle Paul go off and then all of sudden its dan rather.

I've thought about resubscribing for The Bonfire and I'd listen to Bennington. Problem is I'd need the app. I used my car before, since O&A was replayed so often.
All indications are that SiriusXM continues to fail at making a serviceable streaming app, which just underline what an incompetent group of managers are at the helm. You'd think this would be a core product for them. Maybe it is.

When the app rolled out it was a joke. I'm pretty sure a different company took over. It's been better stability-wise but the OnDemand content seems to disappear. It is an embarrassment. They are charging $20 now for an online only subscription. A week of Stern just disappeared and there's been a few days that didn't show up of Opie Raqio.

nothing has been the same since the merger. XM > Sirius
