Bob Kelly was their go to tech guy because he found a hipster "bandolier" that held a cell phone. Read that twice, that is what they think of as tech savvy.
They are all pretty old and bad with computers, its not their personal PC's so they are probably outdated too. Its just old idiots who don't know how to work it.
