He could've avoided most of this hate if he just went on Ant's show. You psychos would almost certainly be giving him less shit. And Ant would still defend him like a battered housewife, the way he always did pre-breakup, if Opie did his show once every few weeks. In return, Ant would probably get more free plugs on O+J and wouldn't be burning so many bridges for subscriber entertainment/reddit fuel (will Metzger ever do his show again now?).
But they're both headcases, so they lose out. It's fascinating to watch it all unravel, though. Thanks for all the laughs.
