He's apparently got tape that he was caught filming some guy fucking in on of the frat bros bedrooms, and tape of a friend who was blackmailed into filming his sister naked.

Oh, and he just took $300 of beer money from his frat and never went back. No follow up questions though. I'm sure nobody was pissed at him for stealing $300.

I always looked at his stuff as entertaining bro fiction, not actual anecdotes based in reality. I'm sure some of it was inspired by reality, but like any good story, the truth gets embellished the more you tell it.
