Is anybody else starting to feel bad for Opie?

I must admit that I am. He knows everyone dislikes him, and that his own fan base is trying to get him fired. On a professional level as a radio host, it doesn't get any worse than that. It has to mess with your self-esteem and personal relationships. He probably dreads waking up in the morning to go to work because he knows there's a lot of people out there just ragging on his every word.
I don't know. It was fun to hate on him when it seemed like it wasn't on a personal level, to me. But now it just seems too real.

As a spectator to this entire thing, I just enjoy the irony that Opie has spent years encouraging this exact same behavior from the fan base against other radio shows.

It is pretty funny that the guy who wanted the same fan base that is now trashing him, to put bloody tampons on other shows social media websites that weren't "friends of the show".

Opie created you and now you are just like Opie. I keep hearing this about how they created this vicious fan base. And now it seems to me that, Opie was really the main guy that all of you wanted to be like. Now the little Opsters have to kill the main Opie.

He made a career and fortune from being a terrible person and revelled when these types of attacks were on other people. There is nothing more just than what is happening to him now.
He could easily curb it by becoming self aware and owning it all but he is incapable of that.

I 100 percent agree...for me i feel bad cause the opester seems to be sounding a little shook lately from it...he has been showing his likeable side lately and made an efffort...he needs to get erock or sam back imo
