At around 26-27 minutes in, they're talking about abortion, and Jimmy said he's never had a pregnancy scare with a person, and says "certain girls can't get pregnant", to which the female comedian says "guys don't get pregnant." Not even a minute later Kurt goes "ladyboys don't get pregnant". Yeah, that's the joke, way to run it into the ground. These people literally pay no attention, they're all just waiting to talk.
