I don't dislike them as people, I'm sure they're not any more awful than anyone else, but I don't know if this is the environment for their "brand" of whatever humor it is they do.

I agree, this is why I want to conduct a completely fair interview where I will be nothing but serious and just trying to get honest answers to serious questions the fans or ex-fans have.

If people just keep attacking them it makes us look like the ignorant ones but if an interview can happen that is completely fair on both sides and just honestly covering questions that have come up over the past year, in my opinion, it can do nothing except make the entire O&J crew humanized to this subreddit.

Opie should have addressed this sub a long time ago. Pretending it doesn't exist is not a sound strategy. He could have diffused the majority of this non-sense had he just addressed it. I'd legitimately like to know how a couple of comedy 'made men' wound up here instead of selling a show to a network. Do they have a development deal? Did they pitch a pilot this cycle? Can they pitch themselves as showrunners? Taking tV out of the equation, what is their end goal with O&A? Do they see this as a passion project or a place to cool their heels til something better comes along. Do they want a radio show? If so why not do a podcast? With their comedy connex they could probably get ranked in the top 25 podcasts without breaking a sweat.
