I only know what I read on here and I only listened in the first place because I had a free year of Sirius xm in my car. I like listening to the old stuff on youtube and cringing at the new stuff I find on here.

By "passed me by" it implies that the audience can't keep up with the new direction. I'd say "sunk beneath my standards" is more accurate.

I don't even like how tits would always say the show has passed you by, as if it's become so complex someone like you would never be able to catch up. No, everybody has passed tits show by.

You can't tell what the show is trying to be because its run by Opie who has no idea what he is. He has no original thoughts, goals, or personality traits.

Everything he pretends to be was stolen from howard, ron, or other radio people or celebrities he sees as better than him.

So when given actual control of his show and channel, it comes off the same way he does, pointless and pathetic.

I just tried listening to a bunch of recent ones last night. A solid hour of each one is essentially Fox News, even if it isn't as over the top racist. If it gets funny it definitely isn't worth wading through that.

The show passed me by a couple months after the "change" it just doesn't sound edgy any more. It now just sounds like every morning show on SiriusXM. Thank you podcasts, it's not 100% up to date on events but still more entertaining than the new show.
