He may not really own it. I know a lot of buildings have his name on them, but he doesn't actually own them. A lot of them passed through his hands and keeping the Trump name was part of the deal. He keeps his name out there as a brand.

Of course he doesn't own a lot of it. The residential units he developed were sold to individuals who then own them outright.

Today a lot of his projects are licensing deals, and he makes a lot of money without taking the risk.

Trump Tower is his baby, though. And he's big on golf courses and country clubs.
