It didn't mock him for being a radio hack fuck who watches women's TV shows and has never said a funny thing in 20 years on air. well, i've always thought trashing had dual meanings. one is pretty harsh, but the other is more akin to having your time in the barrel and being the central theme to great jokes. it doesn't really have to be cutting in a personal way.

The brotherman rips from Ant, the 'howard I want to make amends quip', how people close to Opie would become less caring or annoyed e.g. the staff and Club Soda Kenny

Eh, he tried to steer the ship away MULTIPLE times to everyone talking about their scariest stories. He did end up going with the bit so he wasn't super fuckwad Gregg, but he is still an idiot in that clip on many different occasions.

I didn't get that at all. His only involvement in that bit was that he was the paralyzed one. It had nothing to do with any personality flaws or anything. Don't get why he couldn't take a joke when it wasn't even a bashing anyway.

That was part of the bit though. He was definitely in on the bit for both of these. Please, there's so much true shit to hate him for, there's no need to make something seem like a problem when it's not.
