I've never heard of this guy, he looked awful from his pictures, he was holding something that was implying he was a "white girl", which was maybe half funny the first time someone did that ironically 6 years ago, but what exactly did he steal?

He takes tweets and instagrams and posts them as his own without attribution which would be bad but would go unnoticed but he got a development deal at comedy central and a lot of the people he stole from are actual comedy writers so there was a bit of a kerfuffle on twitter about it. He's also got a book deal and a fashion line because this world is ending and idiots rule.

i'm kind of interested to see just where he levels off in terms of success being a complete and total obvious thief.

Yeah but Opie was pretty good about crediting people, and it was always obvious when they were reading off of Paltalk. Ant did it too, and the Paltalk people enjoyed it and competed to get their lines on the air. In fact, it's got nothing to do with what this guy is doing.

I've met him a bunch of times in real like five years ago, before he was really this social networking sensation and was just sort of a nightlife figure. What always struck me was that he was really charismatic and fun in person, but not especially funny. And I never understood how that translated into his twitter and instagram years later. And now I know!
