How many projects has Kevin Smith put Jim in?

Every time Kevin comes into the studio Jim does his "You should put me in one of your movies because I'm such a great actor" bit, and then proceeds to do some clearly obvious overacting. That's the cue for someone else to say "All kidding aside, Jim is a terrific actor!" Then Kevin has to awkwardly say "Oh, sure... I'm always thinking of a part for you, Jim..."
I know Jim was in Cop Out. Anything else associated with Kevin Smith?
