Why do you care about anyones posts being downvoted. I would rather be downvoted than upvoted by 90% of the people on this site.

If you sort by "new", then you don't need to give a fuck about votes.

It may be slightly annoying but if there really are people that do that, let's just rejoice at how horrible and hilarious their existence is

From what I am seeing there appears to be something that trolls are using to neg storm users.

For example - I recently posted a positive comment about TACS and got 20+ reps over the course of about a week... A few days ago I received a random message from some throwaway account talking shit about my post, and then over the course of about 10 minutes I watched my post rapidly drop to -2 rep, while dozens of my posts in other subs (many dating back months) also suddenly dropped 1-2 rep points.

As I don't live gauge my life on Internet reputation I don't really care but I definitely find it spooky that people can do that shit without Reddit knowing.

Posts over a day old don't affect your accounts comment karma when voted on so when they downvote old posts of yours they are just wasting their time.

Still definitely suggests that some tool is out there using some tool to fuck with people :(
