It really does seem nuts to me. I first noticed his weird talk show obsession when he was fawning over the Graham Norton set; I couldn't believe that talk show host was Jimmy's secret dream job. yeah, the thing about animation is that it's such a collaborative medium. if you listen to interviews/commentaries, the voice actors never have much to say. the writers and storyboarders are the creative force. unless jimmy wants to have meetings to suggest revisions, and also to take part in the voice editing, it's going to be other people's show.
