  • Ant is doing and saying whatever he wants. At some point, you kids'll understand that's important. It's also important not to be afraid of whatever anyone else thinks or how they react. Doesn't really matter if you're 100% correct.

  • In comparison, Opie is constantly afraid of committing to an opinion. When he does, it's the committed viewpoint of an 8 year old (which, I think was when li'l Opie endured something traumatic. He's stuck there.) He commits halfway, and then..."ahfuckwhatever no one cares" translated: I'm too scared and insecure to stick my neck out.

  • Ant is believable. In the Ant vs Op meltdown, I totally believed his version of events. They made sense, and none of it seemed outrageous, or bullshit. Opie's overly defensive version filled with weird throat and sinus sounds was more like a chick who needed to bad mouth an ex. Ant attacked with situations and events that others witnessed as well. Opie attacked with names, insults, and EXSHTREEEM exaggerations.

  • I'm a dude. I don't give a shit who Ant fucks or how old they are.

  • I actually understand the concept of Ant doing a google search for someone's info - which isn't illegal in any way. I don't have shit stains in my underwear cause one guy told another guy to back off.

  • the fucking media in this country has turned everyone into wimps and tattletales who actually believe the bullshit is real. Ant is old. He seems to be pissed off that we're getting to the point where words will get you imprisoned. I hate all that bullshit too...(but I don't hate black people).

  • the comments here about Ant bombing are the stupidest fucking things I've ever read. He's not a stand up comic. It was his first roast on the dais. Everyone from Seinfeld to Chris Rock to Louis CK bombs...so Ant is in good company.

I get the desire to attack Ant. I guess it's his turn. And I probably wouldn't hesitate to do so either. But the dumbass shit that's being flung at him just makes most people around here look completely clueless.

Lol no, It's far more important to create an entertaining show. It's cute that you said "you kids" like a child trying to prove his maturity. Ron Bennington on TACS laid it out best, being preached to is not fun. He doesn't think jokes first anymore, he thinks point first. The fact that he's so self indulgent is why his show is garbage. Idk maybe that kid Ron, who runs a way better show, will understand at some point whats really important.

The issue with the roast was not that he bombed, that's perfectly understandable. It was the fact that he so vehemently denied that he bombed and would not listen to anyone saying any different.

I'm not really sure what's at the heart of everyone's anger towards him lately either. Everyone is frustrated with the quality of his show, and slowly that morphed into hating him personally.

I guess it was like they were looking past his flaws (racism, young girls, etc) because he always was funny. Once he lost that it's like now he lost his one redeeming quality.

Then the whole doxxing thing. Personally, that seemed blown out of proportion. There's a lot of group-think that goes on here.

Through it all though, Opie is still the worst.
