Yeah derosa was a cunt to Anthony, but how fucking backstabbing the "fellowship" of comedians is when almost EVERYONE throws him under the bus that fast. For a non comic (Ant) nonetheless. Jim threw this arab italian away so fast after years of friendship and loyality.
On the roast you could see these comics just rail on him to get closer to Ant. Dave Smith is currently going all in with the ass kissing and is with Ant on everything he says. The only comic who had the balls to say something was Big Jay who on LOS said it was wrong to fuck with his living. What a bunch of shitty people.

I kinda see why Derosa walked away from the NYC comic scene, in Uninformed he always brought up how he hated the "cellar " mentality a lot of comics displayed. Doesn't shock me the "brutally vicious" crowd are just as fraudulent and full of themselves as their West Coast colleagues they rail against. I never bought that comedian fellowship shit.
I think that's why I'm more drawn Joe honestly, while he pulled a bitch move with the black friends comment (should've took cues from Burr tbh) I think he made the right move by relocating. He seems to be actually comfortable and knows what he wants out of his career

This subreddit sometimes has difficulty understanding that you can be disgusted by both sides. They think if you're anti-1 side, then you are automatically pro-the other side.
I think Anthony has been gross for a while now. Still i think Derosa was such a major asshole to him. I also think that it's undeniable that not only is Derosa the worst "O&J regular" at stand-up, he should suck Anthony's dick to get that opportunity. Big Jay or Kurt Metzger weren't regulars but Derosa was? How did that happen? I saw Derosa live & he sucked so bad. So I still despise Derosa for this situation even though I think Anthony is racist & an asshole these days
