Dave doesn't come close to Ant, sorry. Ant on O&A was the damn show - whether he was angry, the professor, mean and shitty, doing impressions, riffing and laughing with Jimmy, carrying Opie etc. he was always ALWAYS entertaining. It's over you fuck. Stop trying to make LOS happen you dinks. The show we once had will never be again.

Dave isn't Ant, yet, but Luis is unquestionably funnier than Opie and Big Jay is more than up to being Jim Norton.

Big Jay is hilarious and where he surpasses Jim is that he knows when something is outside of his realm of knowledge and doesn't pretend to be an expert. You won't hear Big Jay try to break down the Israel/Palestine conflict or delve into the world of theoretical physics or singularity. He is comfortable being funny without feeling like he also has to impress people with his faux expertise. Renaissance Man Jimmy is an unfortunate character.
