On the first episode of Norm Macdonald Live with Super Dave, he does basically the same thing; Super Dave is telling a story and Norm keeps interrupting him to explain the premise for "the folks at home."
That's a shame, I just finished watching all of curb your enjewsiasm for the first time and Super Dave was one of the highlights of that show for me. Norm is also bitchin funny still, is that episode worth listening to despite Norm's oqie impersonation?
Yeah it's my all time favorite episodes, it's all a bit they're doing together. I shouldn't have made it sound like it was a bad thing. Super Dave keeps insulting him throughout and it's hilarious.
