I was just listening to an old Jimmy clip today, when he unfollowed Colin Quinn on Twitter because he wouldn't do a show with him. Jimmy spent half an hour swearing to Colin that the unfollow wasn't a retaliatory Fuck You!
This is what we're left with: passive aggressive, vindictive little pantywaists number 1 and number 2 with Opie and Jimmy
That shit Norton pulled with unfollowing people is undoubtedly the douchiest thing he ever pulled.
I get the Jim trashings, but nobody is going to seem perfect when they share their lives and thoughts for 15 years of radio. but he's always remained entertaining as fuck. Even on O&J, he's still pretty damn funny despite the awful shit he has to work with.
That's why the Jimmy hate always seemed misguided to me. Yeah, Jimmy was being an obnoxious little girl during Unfollowgate, but I think you do have to give people an allowance of pissy moods if you're listening to them for 15 hours a week, and ESPECIALLY if they've delivered such classics as the OP's post:
