Jim Norton's O&A debut is missing.

The archive of shows provided by TheBobWhookidSamShow is missing the show in which Jim Norton debuts. However, I can provide the DATE in which is happens.

It takes place on October 19th, 2000 and he is brought in by Andrew "Dice" Clay. I cannot properly provide the debut myself, but I'm putting this out there for anyone else who can.

Wow Jimmy looks like a really old white haired lady in these pictures. How strange.

I think he looks like quite the powerhouse.

dont people always say they have hardrives of "every show from 2000-2008" and things like that? someones gotta have it.

They also they've stopped listening and cancelled their subscriptions. There's not exactly an abundance of honesty around here.

ive got almost all shows 2004-2012 and some scattered 2013 shows. I want to share them with fans, but its such a large amount of data to manage.

I posted a while back about a new website we are developing, www.opieandanthonylive.com. My oriiginal ui design concept is posted on the site as an image. We are planning to allocate cloud server space for hosting a massive archive of full O&A shows accessible by date. I would like to have the collection be as complete as possible. They will be streamable as well as available for download in .mp3 format, or download multiple clips at once in Zip format. We could also possibly interop with that website that has o&a show rundowns/descriptions, and ultimately tag clips for the ability to search for all appearances by a guest.

Aside from the archive it will have multiple 24/7 live channel rooms (O&A, R&F, JRE, Tough Crowd, etc) with group chat and direct user messaging. Ive been working with a professional web developer to make sure all this is done right.

Do you miss sex?

He misses consensual sex.

Occasionally.

not sure if the audio exists, no evidence that it exists at least

It does. I heard it years ago but it disappeared off YouTube.

well it's on none of the file sharing sites, including the private ones

That's not my fault.

it's not your fault

Yeah. I know.

it's not your fault

....I know.

it's not your fault

...don't fuck with me...

It's not even that good in 2015. He's sweaty and fumbling and he just blurts out all his crutches, which, at the time were incredibly edgy and refreshing. It isn't worth listening to now.

its a conpsiracy!

When I was digging around trying to find it while ago I found the probable source/only real lead for it, This thread.

I do have the other 2 very earliest appearances they talk about in the thread.

Dice & Jimmy phoner

Jimmy feels up Patti

Have you ever managed to find audio of the lobster girl incident in your archives?

Nope, I think like Jimmy's first appearance it might just be something lost to time (Or possibly suppressed in this case) aside from references near the time like the "Spaz spent time in the closet with a girl to save a lobster" etc.

im missing alot between 2000-07-17 then 2000-10-30. but I have everything else that is on line. 2004 to current O&A O&J R&F Bennington. If anyone finds the missing dates I would love to have them.

Yo UP if you did want to update your 2000 (I only added a hand full of show yours didn't have) but it's the year I did the most work on.

A lot of the original dating was wrong or didn't even belong etc. + 2000 was the year of them playing the best segment from the previous day at the start of the show so I removed over 80 hours of basically duplicate material.

By the way, where the hell did you get all of those shows? Were you like a die hard fan during NEW and recorded most of them or something? How were they recorded and get into your hands?

I am not the original recorder of anything. Just got into researching and Gathering/Organizing/Fixing up then posting audio that I found like from the WAAF tape recordings from OG OpieAnt.

From there I think early WNEW recordings were propagated by the staff or someone close until Syndication Underground was created mostly by ChuckRadio who live streamed/recorded shows. Shortly after that the O&A following reached a point (and R&F following behind a little) that recording and hosting shows became a more common place and community based thing.

out of curiousity, how many different o&a recording sources are there? was it just a few guys doing it and they all compiled into the private archive?

Holy shit! Are those actually prep sheets?
