If Anthony turned out to be a dud, there wouldn't be Jimmy on the show, and O&A would be broken up years ago and doing small market radio.

Autistic people aren't all necessarily good at one thing. That's an idiot savant. They're just unable to process social norms, interact with people on a normal level and often lack so much awareness of their surroundings that they just imitate natural human reactions, because they aren't able to form reactions of their own.
