Technically Opie is the owner of the mark (the TESS result shows Gregg Hughes, INDIVIDUAL as the owner) but the address is listed as C/O Robert Eatman Enterprises.
Although I will say that it would be pretty tough to prove use these days, does anything still exist out there under the Opie and Anthony mark?
