just got halfway through todays episode and haven't heard the huckster, it's been the same show i enjoy. if anything the revelation to me was he thinks he has less than 10 years left because he said beavis will outlive him. the whole hoof/paw shit had me cracking up, i guess my comedy taste is old but not grown. i shan't turncoat just yet.

Oh god. Don't make ant out to be or orson Welles. It's not in his blood. Had a good time goofing off for 20 years and got lucky with the structure of entertainment delivery technology - limited choices in a time when FM was king. How much did he brag about putting in the least amount of work he could, never took a meeting, never met with sponsors. Out the door at 10:01 or whatever. He was funny when he had a group to bounce off of. Now that work, thought and vision is required he is sinking like a rock. Factor in the shift in technology and he has competition he could never have imagined. ALL the regulars from 07 and 08 have their own podcast now and it's better than what o or a does or j for that matter

Well I'll say this, I've never listened to radio before O&A. I couldn't even tell them apart at first and thought Ant was Howard. A&J kept me hooked for 5 years which is unprecedented in my world, I'm such a finicky fruit that I can't think of anything else keeping my interest that long. TACS maybe hated at the moment but I guarantee O&J will return to their rightful position soon enough and I've rarely jumped ship or changed opinion like a spineless faggot so I stand by my assessment. TACS is still the best radio I've heard.

Yeah, let's repeat the same anti-Ant circlejerk over and over again the same we did with Opie. It's bound to translate into real life success eventually.
