I just purchased Colin Quinn's 'The Coloring Book'. Everyone here should support this surly curmudgeon and do the same!

CQ made an actual coloring book?

Silence

"ME: What? I don't have time to check out a book made by a guy that's come in to do my show a bunch of times. I have KIDS. How am I supposed to know Colin didn't literally write a coloring book despite the fact that that makes no sense? LEAVE IT ALONE."

HOLD ON. I needa defend myself a lil bit

It's getting great reviews on Amazon. However, the Chippah and the losers on this thread likely had input.

That's partly because Colin isn't a Holocaust denier like Joe DeRosa. I wish they had a zero star rating.

I didnt even get to numbered pages until i fell in love with Colin all over again.

"This is dedicated to all the mixed-race, polygot, mestizo, multiracial, biracial, triracial people out there. May there someday be wars based only on personality differences"

check out the audio version !! narrated by the CQ !

Would be better if it was Jay Mohr

Anyone here around the Boston area this Sat. Go support Colin and get your book sign by the man himself and bring him a diet coke.

It is worth it if only for his stories as somebody masquerading as a drunk Irish poet who suffered through "the struggles" as Colum Quinn, a liquid lunch raconteur and "two fisted roustabout."

I'm halfway through and it's great. CQ has a real talent for writing about this stuff honestly and without the suffocating blanket of SJW bullshit that smothers nearly everything in popular culture that deals with race. The book doesn't come off as incendiary or shocking because it isn't - it's just a guy relating his own individual experiences with race, good and bad.

Some pretty insightful lines, too - "the sun doesn't let anyone be themselves. It dries out your real self" - damn, CQ...

Done.

i bought the audible version because it said it's unabridged. then i noticed it's less than 5 hours. yeesh.

Rubber Balls and Liquor's audio book was twice as long. Sheesh.

i suppose if you put it that way :/

The Opie review is perfect by Zencik is perfect.

Say perfect again

Should always proof read before trying to type something on a phone.
