Jimmy was fucking great on LoS.

Haven't heard a lot of episodes yet, tbh, but the last one with Norton was the best I heard so far. Just a bunch of comics riffing, reminded me of the best O&A.

"Legion of Skanks? Is that like an actual army of sluts? What??" - Opie

Oh literal Opie!

Hold on hold on, so none of you wash? does that make you skanky?

Fuuuuuuuuuck. burp

ME: ugh, so, ah, ugh, ugh, um, ugh, ah, so ugh like this Legion of Skanks show, did they...I mean you and them ugh, ah, ugh talk about the Bruce Jenner situation?! hehehehehehehehe

Turkey gobble

Has Jimmy or Ant ever commented on that?

This is an example of Poe's law.

Opie's Law: No matter how stupid theoretical Opie dialog is, it could always just be a show transcript.

ah, gentleman.

UST.

Maybe it'll motivate him to find a better job. He did say he had fun like 5 times at the end.

Also haven't heard much of them...but it was good. Not interviewing Jim was cool...fuck the interviews, let him do his thing....much funnier than Sirius Jim.

He was a clever little guy. Dave Smith sucked hard, and I usually defend him.

Ya But Dave does the best Luis voice...DjvvDvVv

All he brings to the table

He's the Opie of they're group. That bomb about the stunt driver around 19 minutes in was soo fucking bad.

I was happy for Yimmy. He seemed in his element, and genuinely enjoyed it.

Thank you Jesus for the Skanks.

"fawk yeah!"

Yes i was legit lmao listening to it today.

Ya. Been a while since I heard Jimmy truly laugh at what a co-host said.

Link to the show
FYI- Terrible video quality

Yes, it was fantastic. Great to hear Jimmy laughing and having someone to work with

I listened for an hour and didn't get a laugh. Same tired jokes. Los had their moments.

He was ok, but when he would break out his characters it felt so cheap and out of place.

They literally did an "Uncle Paul" off, they were into it. It was an incredibly funny podcast, if you disagree you're hating for the sake of hating.

The Uncle Paul segment was funny, and in general Jimmy was funny and the podcast was fine, but a few times he dropped characters it felt hacky. That isn't hating, that's an opinion, stupid.

I think it was for the live audience's benefit.

And you could tell they had no idea who or what the characters are. The audience did, but the guys just chuckled politely.

They've all admitted to never listening to Opie and Anthony. They were Ron and Fez/Stern guys.

Wow how odd, you think they would be huge fans.

They were clueless when jim busted out the "whats that" chip the first time.

sellouts

im on team tusedays with stories now, best free comedic podcast out there now

I get that you're upset, but they still do a free podcast for everyone to enjoy.. With an option to buy.

It's just like freenium games or Hulu. Both have regular tiers and if you want more you pay. I don't see why everyone is butthurt.

I would agree with you if they weren't going to do a free show every week as well.

Fighter and the Kid, and Your Mom's House Podcast are right up their too.

Anyone else listen to Fighter and the Kid? It's great. Brendan Schaub is like a real life, likable version of the Opie character. He's a good looking jock who admits to being a little dumb but is trying to better himself by reading and watching docs. Unlike Opie, though, he's hilarious and has great chemistry with Callen. Love the way they constantly call each other on their shit. No greggshells between the two. Amazing they pay Opie millions and millions when there are cage fighters more talented at radio than him.

Cage fighters are more interesting than 50 year old dad's.

You are aware Opie and Anthony were a pay model... As well as mobile devices and apps. Pay models are everywhere you look. It's not selling out because you can't leech off their work for free (and you still could)

Oh literal Opie!
