I don't understand what you're saying. The daughter on the show isn't autistic & isn't Louie's real daughter, it's an actress.

The actress is definitely playing the role of a sperg.

Perhaps you're autistic too.

That don't make no sense.

What the hell is going on around here!

That girl in the show isn't even slightly autistic as a character. Have you ever met an autistic person in real life, or do you only know what it means from childish internet insults?

She is spectrumic, others see it too, and yes I've met autistics.

If she is supposed to be autistic, then she is doing a truly terrible job. Autistic people are almost always introverted and have trouble communicating their thoughts and feelings. Most tend to not make eye contact and have a difficult time adjusting to strangers.

She doesn't display any of those traits in the show, or at least she didn't during the first 3 seasons before I stopped watching regularly. Being a violin prodigy and disliking public school doesn't make somebody autistic, it makes them intelligent.

Autism is a neurological disorder and covers a wide range of symptoms. For you make that generalization shows you have no clue what you're talking about when it comes to autism either.

So I guess Web MD has no clue about autism?

Significant problems developing nonverbal communication skills, such as eye-to-eye gazing, facial expressions, and body posture. Failure to establish friendships with children the same age. Lack of interest in sharing enjoyment, interests, or achievements with other people. Lack of empathy. People with autism may have difficulty understanding another person's feelings, such as pain or sorrow.

Problems taking steps to start a conversation. Also, people with autism have difficulties continuing a conversation after it has begun.

Medical fact.

You intentionally left out the part;

Symptoms may include:

You're just a dumbshit that thinks they are some sort of intelligent person because they can use google. From what I gather only a stupid fuck would refer to a WebMD article as medical fact especially in regards to something as complicated as autism.

Haha I didn't have to google that before I wrote my original post. I know the symptoms of autism very well from my experience in both my professional and personal life. You can use literally any internet resource and they will give you a similar list of symptoms. Obviously there are outliers who do not fit those symptoms exactly.

This conversation is about a fictional character and whether or not she suffers from some form of autism. I am pointing out the most common and obvious symptoms of autism as evidence that she does not have the condition, because the symptoms do not appear in the show. I have no idea what you're so mad about, but you're coming off as very ignorant to how autism is diagnosed especially in very young people.

Yeah I'm sure you're a real expert. Just like when that faggot telepepper claimed to be some pediatric doctors secretary when it was obvious they were just getting all their information about it online and trying to pass themselves off as knowing more than everyone else. I don't see how I'm coming off as ignorant when it's you who seems to generalize people with autism from a paragraph off the internet. You just come off sounding like a real idiot.

Because I know for a fact that young children who are suspected of having autism are diagnosed based on the symptoms I have listed in this thread. I am not pretending to be an expert or doing online research. I'm "generalizing" based on the proven medical symptoms that are used to screen for autism, which I have known about for many years. It's like arguing that people with chickenpox don't get red bumps on their skin, you are speaking from a place of ignorance.

If Louie's daughter on the show was in fact autistic, there would be symptoms that should have become very apparent to the viewer by now. She would be taken to a doctor and screened for the symptoms I have listed above. There is no blood test or brain scan for autism, the only thing doctors have to go on (especially at an early age) is behavior, learning speed, things of that nature. So I can be reasonably confident that Louie's daughter does not have autism because she does not present those symptoms. Maybe now you can see why you appear to be ignorant about these issues.

My cousin has aspergers and presents none of the symptoms your precious web article has stated. His behavior is much like the younger daughter in louie and for a while was misdiagnosed as ADHD. It seems to be you who's ignorant about the nature of autism. Too bad you can't know everything from behind your keyboard.

My cousin has aspergers

Looks like it runs in the family!

Haha, what? If you could translate your comment from autist to English I'll be able to understand it. Thanks!

I win. You lose.

are you autistic?

Are you autistic you fucking weirdo?

I don't know, have a test I can take?

Nope. But I'm probably closer to it than Louie's fake daughter, who is extroverted, talkative and affectionate.

Where did you ever get autistic from ?
