Ron Bennington, totally off the cuff, on the standard job interview question, "WHAT IS YOUR WORST QUALITY":

RON: "I guess my biggest fault is, I put work above all else... and... because of that... one of my children died."

INTERVIEWER: "Oh, God. Should you be telling me this?"

RON: "I, uh, was so interested in coming back in to work, I locked the kid in the trunk. It was a hot day, and he literally hard-boiled in there. And, uh, I didn't find out for a month because I was loving my work too much. Working double shifts."

INTERVIEWER: "Did you go to prison for this?"

RON: "No. Buried him out in the.. in the sands, in the dunes there. And later, I called up the police and said I saw a minority run off with him in the back yard. They believed it, and they ended up shooting two kids that were on their way to a movie. So... that's how I get things done. And that's what I want to bring to this place."

What a fucking genius.
