He's not objectively terrible, the new show is easily equal or better than some of the other 'friends of the show' podcasts. Either way a day doesn't go by where I don't hope that Opie dies and Jim joins Sam.
I listened to Wednesday's show with Whoo Kid and Lloyd Kaufman as the guests. It was really good, they had a long discussion about race and they kept it fun (Ant should've listened and made notes). The interview with LLoyd Kaufman was good too, he's just as nuts and you expect him to be if you're familiar with his movies. I'm definitely going to tune in to Sam's show more often.
It's basically the same as his Friday show, but everyday. Been listening all week and I mostly like it. The show is better when Whoo Kid or Nicole is on.

Apparently nobody listens to anything but the complaints keep rolling in. ITS A CONSPIRACY.

At least it isn't a clip show washing Opies balls, and playing clips.
I hate to say but I do not mind Sam, he is no Bennington, but he is better than Opie.
Sam and Jim in the morning would be a great replacement.

Sam is at his best when playing off Jimmy. On his own he's a bore who tries too hard.

Well his radio war with Francesa sounds promising...

Sam uses a radio show voice.

I'm just waiting for the day that Opie "drops in" to help Sam out and completely wrecks the show for him.
